All students are expected to behave in a manner consistent with The Compact and are responsible for following the procedures and policies contained in the Student Handbook.
Student Complaint Form
Please refer to the Student Handbook before filling out this form, specifically pages 56 – 57, Complaint Reporting. This form is to be used to submit a formal complaint students have been unable to satisfactorily resolve with other students, staff, faculty, or others involved. Please complete all of the sections below so your complaint is directed to the proper college officials and or department. Complaints may be submitted anonymously at https://my.olivetcollege.edu/ICS/Campus_Life/Campus_Safety/ or on this form. However, unless you include your contact information, Olivet College will be unable to fully investigate your complaint or respond back to you regarding the subject matter.
